AinaSecrets respects the privacy rights of our customers and we will only track statistics for business purposes. All e-mail addresses in our mailing list are strictly kept confidential.
Returns & Exchanges
Our items have been carefully selected to meet your satisfaction. We apologize to have mailed a defected+ / faulty item. We do not do exchanges in sizes as the measurements are clearly provided on our site. Pls drop us an e-mail at aina_secrets@hotmail.sg and we’ll confirm the exchange details.
+ There may be a 0.5” – 1” difference in measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
All exchanges have to be done within 30 days after delivery of parcel. The item must be in brand new condition and in its original packaging.
You could do the following:
i) Exchange for the same item.
ii) Exchange for other items that have the same or lower value. No refund will be offered for a replacement of lower value
iii) Exchange for other items that have a higher value and a top up is required for the price difference.
*AinaSecrets will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mail out items should you not opt for registered mail. Strictly no cash refunds will be done.
